We have a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damage and problems 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.


We do not offer exchanges.  However, if for any reason you didn't receive the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.  If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to the original payment method within 1-3 days.  Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
